I went to an art school for a couple of years but It just got way too expensive and I didn’t really think enough about the costs before going. I want to go to just a regular school and transfer my credit to finish my degree, are there colleges online that i can take classes with to finish my degree?
I would love to have a degree from like a really well know great school Harvard/Yale/Columbia
Maybe there is a way?

I want to go abroad to art school in England, how can I get money to do that?
I’m in a predicament. I go to college now, but I’ve come to realize that I want to major in art, and my college doesn’t have that major. I also want to go abroad, but my parents won’t support me. Is there any bank or foundation anywhere that can give me money to go to art school abroad?

What to do? Take classes at ART SCHOOL to prepare for college,or go to training camp from TV&COMMERCIAL PRINT?
I signed up to go to TV and commercial print camp at Page Parks center of modeling and acting. I went trough their casting and they said that I wasnt tall enough for runway and fashion print division, instead offered me commercial, I agreed and paid 1300 for training which was only 2 days. Supposedly, after training, I’ll be accepted into 713 page parks agency and will start working for organizatipons such as jcpenney, banks, macys, and anything else that needs ads. I’ve always wanted to get into modeling, but commercial? will it help me to get into fashion later on?
On other hand, I’m a pretty good artist and I want to major in fashion design and retail business. I want to have my own line of clothing, stores, etc.
Would going to regular art school help me prepare for college?
soooo.
commercial camp = probably getting into agency and making pretty good money
art shool = basic stuff I need to major in fashion design
what do I do?
Can you transfer from a community college to a 4 year art school after a year?
Can you get some of your core classes out of the way and still transfer to an art school?
The schools I am referring to in particular are Bunker Hill Community College (Boston) and New England Institute of Art.

should i lose weight for a theatre art school?
ok, so i’m going to this art school for theatre/drama. i have a pretty average body size ( B= 35″ W = 30″ H= 35″) and I was wondering if I should lose some weight to make SURE i can fit into their costumes and do all of the things their classes require me to do as well as i can. i have a pretty high energy level as it is when it comes to performing, but i just wanted to ask if i should lose a bit just to be safe.

Schools of Healing Arts
At schools of healing arts, students gain a wealth of knowledge and practical skills regarding practices in natural and alternative medicine therapies. Among the more popular certification courses are massage therapy, acupressure, holistic health, iridology, and aromatherapy, and others.
Schools of healing arts that offer training programs in massage therapy generally include a curriculum in anatomy, physiology, and pathology; with hands-on training in common bodywork modalities like deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and sports massage. However, more advanced training modules at schools of healing arts include diverse massage methods like soft tissue release, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, shiatsu, polarity therapy, prenatal/infant massage, and more.
Schools of healing arts that offer somatic training typically range between 300 and 500 instructional hours; however, more in-depth programs may well exceed 1,000 training hours. Further note that if you are interested in achieving National certification level in massage therapy, you must take a course that is at least 500 hours in length, and said course must meet all requirements for National certification level.
To become certified specifically in acupressure, schools of healing arts may offer individual courses geared toward this modality. Once enrolled, students gain comprehensive knowledge of the history and philosophy of acupressure (or Shiatsu), including the study (and application) of the various acupressure points along the body. Based on Oriental medicine, students in these schools of healing arts learn the basics of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Five-Element theory, and pulse reading, among other subject matter.
If you love looking at eyes, why not take a course in iridology? Schools of healing arts commonly offer iridology studies as part of the overall curriculum, or as an advanced or supplemental training program. In this course of study, students learn how to identify certain markers on the iris (in relation to eye charts), and identifying characteristics of possible dis-ease. As a diagnostic method, iridology could benefit any individual who practices holistic or natural healing.
Aromatherapy programs are also an option at schools of healing arts. These studies involve practical training in essential oils, flower fragrances, custom blending techniques, and more.
If you (or someone you know) are interested in learning more about these or other healing arts schools, let professional training within fast-growing industries like massage therapy, naturopathy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, Reiki, and others get you started!
